Technical information
Request a drawing or specification showing diameter, bore, thickness, segment dimensions, material application and permitted cutting method. Confirm which models are suitable for your machines and which requests require a new sample.
Documents and traceability
Ask for applicable test records and the exact scope, issuer and validity of any certificate presented. A management-system certificate is different from evidence that a particular product meets a required specification. Requirements depend on the product and destination.
Order execution
Agree sample acceptance, packaging, blade identification, inspection records, shipment terms and a process for complaints. Assess the supplier by documented answers and sample results, using the scope of each document and the agreed order requirements.
