High-frequency induction heating can be used in joining diamond segments to a steel core. The joining process must be controlled for the particular blade design; it is not itself a guarantee of suitability for a given cutting method.
Induction equipment heats the joint area while suitable joining materials and preparation support the intended connection. Process parameters depend on the segment, core and joining system. A general explanation is not a production recipe.
Buyers can ask how joint preparation, alignment and process consistency are controlled, and which inspections apply to the finished blade. The test method and acceptance limits should relate to the specific design.
Ask for the approved application, dimensional specification and relevant inspection evidence. Do not infer dry-cutting or reinforcement capability from the phrase “high-frequency welded” alone.
Start with the blade model. A photograph of a joining machine tells you little about the specification of the blade in your quotation.

| Model or drawing reference | Does it identify the finished blade under discussion? |
| Process record | Can the record be linked to the relevant batch? |
| Inspection record | What was inspected, and which acceptance requirement was used? |
| Change record | Was the sample made to the same version proposed for production? |
Keep this as a supplier-review checklist. It is not a set of welding parameters or a claim that a particular inspection has been performed on every catalogue model.
