Content updated:
Diamond blades cover several construction and stoneworking tasks, but each application needs a suitable blade and machine. The following groups are a way to organise enquiries, not a claim that one blade handles all eight.
1. Ceramic tile cutting: confirm tile body and edge finish. 2. Granite cutting: identify the actual stone and slab thickness. 3. Marble trimming: check veining and chipping tolerance. 4. Chamfering: confirm that the specific tool is approved for bevel work.
5. Brick cutting: identify clay brick or concrete block. 6. Concrete cutting: confirm mix and reinforcement conditions. 7. Wall chasing: match the channeling machine and spacing system. 8. Stone engraving: confirm a specialist disc, mounting and permitted operation.
For each application, give the machine, dimensions, material, cutting method and desired finish. Do not infer stock availability or suitability for a new task from a general application guide.
The eight application groups have different decision points. Use the list to organise enquiries, not as a universal approval list.
| Application | Priority question |
|---|---|
| Ceramic tile | What tile body and visible-edge requirement are involved? |
| Granite | Which stone and slab thickness will be tested? |
| Marble | Is the work a straight cut or an edge operation? |
| Chamfering | Which tool and working face are approved? |
| Brick | What brick or block type is involved? |
| Concrete | What concrete and reinforcement conditions are expected? |
| Wall chasing | Which machine and blade-set arrangement are specified? |
| Engraving | Which specialist tool and mounting system fit the operation? |
Link the application brief to a specific catalogue model only after the material and operation are confirmed. A general article does not establish availability of every specialist tool.
