Do not select an ordinary diamond tile or masonry blade for wood cutting. Use a tool explicitly approved for the wood-based material and the machine.
Understand the distinction
An abrasive diamond rim intended for tile or stone is different from a toothed woodworking blade. Specialist PCD woodworking tools also differ from ordinary construction diamond discs. A shared material name does not make them interchangeable.
Specify the wood product
Solid wood, MDF, plywood and coated panels can require different blade designs. Give the woodworking-tool supplier the material, thickness, machine and finish requirements.
Avoid improvised substitutions
Follow the machine’s approved tooling, guarding and dust-control instructions. Zhanyue’s displayed stone and tile catalogue should not be treated as a wood-cutting range without a specific approved model.
Do not confuse PCD woodworking tools with tile discs
The word diamond can appear in different tool categories. The approved application of the complete tool is what matters to the buyer.
