Choose a compact granite blade by actual diameter, bore and approved application, then verify the fit with your machine. A nominal inch description must not be treated as an exact metric specification.
Check the machine’s permitted blade diameter, bore and guard requirements. A 100mm, 105mm or 110mm product is not automatically interchangeable just because a seller uses a similar inch label.
Give the supplier the stone type, thickness and whether the operation is straight cutting or an approved edge operation. Compare rim design and thickness against the required finish. Confirm wet or dry approval for the exact model.
Test on representative granite and record edge quality, cut time and wear. Provide the final model, drawing, quantity and packaging requirements when requesting a wholesale or private label quotation.
Use the metric specification when enquiring about a compact granite blade. A nominal size label is not enough to choose a replacement.
| Reference detail | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Actual diameter | Compare with the permitted size in the machine instructions |
| Bore and mounting | Confirm the complete approved mounting arrangement |
| Blade thickness | Record the listed value for the candidate reference |
| Stone and operation | Identify granite type, thickness and required finish |
| Supply version | Keep the model and drawing revision with the quotation |
Do not treat 100mm, 105mm and 110mm catalogue descriptions as interchangeable. Send the machine model if the nominal label and the actual specification are unclear.
